
Christine Stiller, CHRP, CPCC, ACC Vice President of
LifeStyles Unlimited, Co. and founder of New Horizons
Coaching, is an accomplished organizational culture change
agent who challenges and inspires individuals, teams and
organizations to achieve extraordinary results. Her
tenacity in challenging the status quo using a strategic and
systems approach along with her compassionate, energetic and
personable style have helped hundreds of people throughout
Canada and the USA break through organizational culture
barriers and self limiting beliefs to create compelling
visions allowing them to achieve new levels of performance.
Throughout her 15 year career in the
healthcare, manufacturing and finance industries, Christine
has designed and delivered hundreds of training programs and
workshops in topics such as leadership effectiveness, change
management, customer service, team dynamics, and time
management. She began her career in human resources and for
several years served as a dedicated internal Training and
Development Specialist while earning a certification in
Adult Education. She then moved into Organizational
Development work where she became a specialist in employee
engagement assisting the leaders of organizations create
intervention strategies to achieve top team performance. As
a formally trained facilitator, Christine has delivered
numerous strategic planning team retreats and dozens of
shared vision and values workshops. Christine currently
delivers workshops to small and large groups both in person
and virtually on topics such as building personal
credibility and overcoming overwhelm.
Since 2005 Christine has been serving
individual and corporate clients as owner of New Horizons
Coaching & Consulting. Individual clients looking for job
re-employment, career advancement or better work life
balance find Christine’s style insightful and inspiring yet
practical. Christine’s coaching
and consulting services are contracted by numerous
organizations including a South Florida based world renowned
vision strategist and radio personality, a leading national
outplacement organization and an executive coaching firm.
With Compass Coaching, a North American group coaching
program whose mission is to inspire, empower and connect
women to themselves and each other, Christine was selected
out of 300 coaches to serve the Best Buy account as a
corporate coach (2010). In 2007 Christine was also selected
by the ICF for a project to coach leaders at the United
Nations. A flexible communicator, Christine has the ability
to create trust and credibility both on the shop floor and
in the c-suite.
In
addition to her certifications in Human Resources Management
and Training & Development, Christine is a Certified
Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an International
Coach Federation (ICF) certified coach (ACC). Christine
also holds the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP)
designation (Canada) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology
from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. Her
speaking engagements include the Junior League of Boca
Raton, Canadian Society for Training & Development’s
National Conference, Classic Residence by Hyatt, MOPS
(Mothers of Preschoolers) and the Federated Press. |
