physical and mental power to perform work. You require energy to
support every thought, word, action and interaction in your life.

energy—physical, mental and emotional. The way you manage these
areas will impact your ability to live each day with vitality. You
will uncover your energy sources and energy drains and when you see
where the drains on your energy are you can take steps to make
better decisions to reduce drains, increase flow and recharge your

own values and priorities first because other people’s problems,
needs and concerns are infinite but your energy is not and if you
