Take Back Your Energy

Energy is the physical and mental power to perform work. You require energy to support every thought, word, action and interaction in your life.  When you don’t have enough energy to do what you want and need to do, you have an Energy Deficit.  There are 3 kinds of energy—physical, mental and emotional. The way you manage these areas will impact your ability to live each day with vitality.  You will uncover your energy sources and energy drains and when you see where the drains on your energy are you can take steps to make better decisions to reduce drains, increase flow and recharge your batteries.  And we’ll create an action plan to put yourself and your own values and priorities first because other people’s problems, needs and concerns are infinite but your energy is not and if you don’t put you first you won’t have enough energy to address anyone’s needs effectively, let alone your own.
